Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from [Stuffys Chitterlings], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Description

We sell fresh/frozen chitterlings (specify which) prepared with care and quality ingredients. All products are made in a home kitchen (if applicable) or licensed facility (if applicable).

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase

3. Food Safety & Handling

Customer Responsibility:

  • Consume within recommended timeframe

Our Responsibility:

  • Products are prepared following proper food safety protocols
  • Products are packaged to maintain freshness during transit
  • We comply with all applicable local health regulations

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable

  • Refused or undeliverable packages will not be refunded

Perishable Shipping:

  • Products cannot be returned due to perishable nature

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable even if order is cancelled

8. Pickup Orders

  • Unclaimed orders after 24 hours will be discarded with no refund or credit
  • Customer must bring order confirmation and ID

9. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards due to our error:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence
  • We will review and may offer store credit at our discretion
  • Determination of quality issues is at our sole discretion

Eligible Situations for Store Credit Consideration:

Store Credit Terms:

  • Store credit can only be used toward future purchases

Non-Refundable Shipping

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Order cancellations
  • Refused deliveries
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailability at time of delivery
  • Product quality issues

How to Request Store Credit

If you believe your order qualifies for store credit consideration:
